Comments: I carry my Dell notebook back and forth to and from work, and transporting that big old heavy brick of an AC adapter added extra weight and was a big old pain. I decided to check out getting a spare adapter so I could leave one at home and one at work. So I went to the Dell site to price one and- YIKES!! The price was outrageous! Why on earth do they charge so much for an AC adapter?? And then I remembered LaptopPartsNow.com! I quickly found the adapter I needed for a reasonable price. I knew it was guaranteed to be the right adapter, too, so i ordered it and it arrived quite fast. And my back says thanks for lightening the load just a wee bit. I am thinking of getting extra adapters as gifts for my friends with laptops who have a penchant for leaving their adapters at whichever place they have just left! Thanks!

The information online is very detailed, more so than other websites Ive seen. Including the original product serial numbers is a great idea and took all the guess work out of purchasing both these items. I called customer srevice with a few minor questions after recieving my order and the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and knowledgable on the products I purchased.
